If iPdf Pro isn’t right for you, you can have a full refund within 30 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@buildgremlin.com from the address you used to buy iPdf Pro, or include it in your message. We’ll process the refund through Polar, our reseller, back to your original payment method. It can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your iPdf Pro license key is deactivated. The free version of iPdf keeps working.

After 30 days

If something isn’t working, write to us anyway. We’ll try to fix it, and we’ll consider a refund where it’s fair.
